5. Instance, groups/ settings

An instance can be created by administrators. This concerns a group with a accession criteria and goals that need to be determined, which consult about a group of themes and make decisions. A segmentation into several instances can be quite effective for an organisation, if groups of members in different regions, topics or areas of responsibility shall have different rights. Instances can be both local or state association, as well as working groups or meetings of delegates.
