6. Delegations
If required participants also have the opportunity to transfer their vote within a proposal to another member. This can be useful if for example a member cannot or not sufficiently participate in the development of a proposal and relies on the expertise of another participant. A delegation of a vote is only possible for the democratic development of a proposal and rating of comments and discussions, however it does not apply to final polls. Delegations are dynamic, which means they can be withdrawn and allotted at any time or in separate cases they can also be outvoted through direct polls. Each member can delegate his or her vote as well as become a delegate.
